James Sullivan, the former Chair of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (“OSHRC”) has rejoined Cozen O’Connor as Co-Chair of the firm’s OSHA-Workplace Safety Practice Group.
Commissioner Sullivan was confirmed as a Commissioner by the U.S. Senate on August 3, 2017, and was elevated to Chairman by the President on July 19, 2019.
OSHRC is an independent Federal agency tasked with adjudicating disputes under the Occupational Safety and Health Act between the U.S. Department of Labor, employees, and employees arising from contested workplace safety inspections.
